im have been watching the forum when i could- the rain up here a few weeks ago put my family room in 5 inches of water  so i have been doing major repairs - did very little observing but things should be getttinig back to normal- i picked up a electonic focuser for my meade ar-5 jsut before the flood but have not had a chance to put it on- looking forward to getting it going- hopefully at the higher powers it will make focusing easier -looks like the winter sky is beginning to show nicely now clear skies to all rocco

Sorry to hear about the flood, hope you get everything straightened out without too much damage.

Hope you get your focuser installed and focusing improves.  I haven't been doing to much astronomy lately but hope to get back in it since the weather is finally cooling off a bit and the skies are getting in better shape.

Maybe I can catch this Comet that Dr. Clay talks about in is latest post.
