unable to view or download files, or a link to a picture?

Attempting to view a picture through link from this site.

A number of us tried with different browsers and were unable to view the image, we got the same error message. My guess is that there is something about that photo that only lets members with administrator's rights view it.

thanks for the come back, the picture in question must have some deep cosmological telescope information. (Z+1)?
I wish the weather would clear up on the west coast . . .  oh well it's still raining here on Oregon's coast.
