This is the title of a major dissertation that is in editing phases for the prominent international journal ICARUS, hopefully to appear in early 2006.  It is a collaboration between the five aforementioned authors and Jupiter researchers, and from contributed works of the Arkansas Sky Observatory H41, Petit Jean Mountain from 2002 through 2005.
